We accept requests on a rolling basis however priority is given to our members. Please note, due to capacity constraints, we are only able to work on select number of contracts or sub-grants at a time. Capacity Building assistance is the process by which individuals and organizations gain, strengthen, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to competently do their jobs now and in the future. | Technical assistance, also known as “TA” and commonly referred to as consulting, is the process of providing targeted support to an organization with a development need or problem. TA is typical a precursor to offering more engaged capacity building assistance. | Leadership development is a set of activities that prepare current and future leaders to perform effectively in their roles and improve their competency. We focus on both technical and soft skills. |
