Palm Beach County's Department of Housing and Economic Development (DHED) is soliciting proposals from Community Housing Development Organization (CHDOs) or eligible CHDOs that have applied and are certified by the County prior to the submittal deadline. The HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds are to provide financial assistance to CHDOs for the creation of affordable rental or homeownership housing through new construction or acquisition and/or rehabilitation of residential property. This RFP will make available $2,454,364.67 for CHDO Program Activities and up to $484,355.48 for CHDO Operating Funds.  Full details are contained in the RFP Package.

To obtain a copy of RFP HED.2024.1, complete the RFP registration form located HERE.  A non-mandatory presubmittal workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:00a.m. via the WebEx software platform – access information is provided in the RFP document.  The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP is March 27, 2024 at 4:00pm.
