Small Scale Developers Series: Program Review

In support of our mission to educate, equip and empower the public, private and non-profit sectors to champion comprehensive community development, SFCDC is eagerly finalizing plans to launch our new and improved Small Scale Developers Series in January 2023 as a part of our Capacity Building Institute. 

This capacity-building program is designed to build and deepen the ability of emerging minority small-scale developers to produce and preserve affordable and workforce housing in Miami-Dade County.  

We invite you on Friday, December the 2^nd from 10-11:30 AM to meet via Zoom with SFCDC staff and Board members to review the draft curriculum for content, relevance and overall completeness.  As a trusted and respected practitioner and local leader experienced in affordable housing development, we hope that you will be able to join us.
