Collective Action & Impact
The South Florida Community Development Coalition (SFCDC) is a high-impact learning and action network for community builders. We are dedicated to promoting equity, engagement, sustainability, and accessibility for healthy and prosperous communities. Our membership includes community and economic development practitioners and advocates such as CDCs, CDFIs, nonprofit service providers, grassroots organizers, housing counselors, government officials, and more. Together, we are tackling South Florida's most pressing interconnected issues affecting the quality of life for low-to-moderate income (LMI) residents and neighborhoods.

Founded in 2007, SFCDC is a 501(c)(3) social impact organization supporting the community and economic development ecosystem of South Florida. 
SFCDC organizes members and stakeholders, strengthens the ecosystem, and amplifies equitable policies.
